Home to a couple and their son, the duplex apartment boasts of a great view to dense, urban greens. By strategic demolition of few partition walls, the layout enables uninterrupted view, circulation and ventilation, relieving the interiors of clutter and bringing in more natural light. A central, free void with a swing becomes a respite in the otherwise compact apartment. A flowy, chevron brass inlay in the marble floor demarcates this central space. The previously under utilised terrace is planned as an extension of the bedroom on upper level, with a gazebo overlooking the surrounding trees.
