Aakruti was established in 1980 as a collaborative design studio. Over the years, our repertoire has diversified from architectural solutions to interior design, exhibition design, and furniture design, to institutional design management and master planning, to name a few.

Since 2009, Aakruti has also been involved in making of turn-key projects with a specialised division, SARAA, delivering varied scales of ‘design and build’ or just ‘build’ challenges for corporate and individual clients, across the country.

Our design approach is a collaborative exploration of traditional/vernacular knowledge with contemporary design innovations. An outlook towards meticulous, yet modest detailing is an integral component.

Our team is a mix of architects, interior designers and technicians along with a range of specialised experts and consultants that we work with, to deliver an integrated design solution.
