The interior design for this office, a part of Arvind Advanced Materials division, is a study in volumetric layering and connections. The interior design extends the growing ethos of the conglomerate- to foster a sense of transparency and collaboration. The workspace occupies a high vaulted space on an industrial estate.

With introduction of a deck, the volume is optimised to accommodate the generous program requirements while retaining a sense of openness. Strategic punctures that respond to the vaulted structure enable connection between the different teams across the two levels. A large opening on the north brings in diffused natural light.

The workspaces are organised around pockets of informal and collaborative spaces, encouraging flexibility for discussions and creative thinking.

The existing shell is retained in raw, muted tones, creating a neutral backdrop for vibrant accents of red, yellow and orange introduced through furniture and glass partitions. The hanging pebble-shaped lights in the double height add to the sense of scale and informal character.
