A similar higher vantage point with a vista out to the sea was the reference for a proposed rise in the existing contours. Sand as an economical material for the region was suggested to be utilized as primary building material with the entire property planned out on sand plinths with fort-like retaining walls also of sand, which is a very stable material for an arid climate such as Kutchh. Light weight cottages and tents were laid out on the higher ground. A part of the sea was proposed to be channelized as a private lagoon for the resort.
